※ Funeral Product Order and Delivery Guide in Korea

In Korea, funerals typically proceed over three days immediately after the death of the deceased, and they are usually held at hospitals or specialized funeral halls.
Funeral-related products should be delivered on the first or second day of the funeral. Regardless of customer service off-hours, the product will be delivered on the requested date as long as it is the earliest possible date.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
Also, to confirm the location of the funeral hall, the recipient's name must include the Korean name of either the head mourner or the deceased.
