• Delivey charge is free for everywhere in south korea
• It will be taken 3~4 hours from order made (on business time) to everywhere in south korea.
• We deliver your orders to korea wide via around 1,200 qualified flower shops to all parts of the korea.
• If you order by 6:00 pm in the korea time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day.
• When orders are received after 6:00 pm, we will try our best to get your order prepared, but if we cannot,
• we will deliver asap.
• We are guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time frame of a few
• hours. The normal delivery times are 9am-8pm daily.
• Funeral orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will cancel order.
• Funeral order : After death, we can delivery to there (House, Hospital, Funeral hall) everytime on D+2.
• Schools do not accept deliveries for students. but we can delivery to their residence.
• Sunday deliveries are available in most cities in the SOUTH KOREA if ordered by Satureday AM(13:00) in korea time zone.
• We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address, army.
• Order cancel : You must send to us by E-mail before 3 hours on ordered delivery time.
